These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Users must first attempt to resolve disputes through Sharahub's internal resolution process via our support contacts. If unresolved disputes may proceed to arbitration or mediation before legal proceedings.
The site may contain interviews, discussions, press releases and other information (collectively, “Sharahub information”) about Sharahub, its businesses and its services, including links to third party websites that contain such sharahub information, which are being provided as a convenience to visitors of the site.
